My joy comes from making the unwritten rules of a job search more explicit and guiding you on your journey to career success.
I find career conversations hopeful and optimistic. I’ve worked with new professionals, career changes, and those too young to retire. Much of my work has been in the social impact space and I find working with those interested in nonprofits, foundations, governments, and similar organizations meaningful and rewarding.

A constant in using this assessment is that it allows people to reframe their talents and turn things that they once thought were negative into a positive.
A key component to leadership is knowing yourself. As a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach, I use this tool to help give you language to your talents that make you uniquely you. Having the power to explain your skills, behaviors, and strengths proves useful in a job search, management, and day-to-day interactions.
